At The Betting Insider, operated by Insider Sports Inc, we are committed to transparency. This Refund Policy makes it clear: refunds are essentially never given. All purchases are final and non-refundable once access is granted.

This policy provides comprehensive information about our refund procedures and the extremely limited circumstances under which refunds may be considered. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase, as it forms part of our Terms of Service. By making a purchase, you acknowledge that you understand and agree that refunds are not available except in the rarest of circumstances outlined below.

General Refund Policy

IMPORTANT: REFUNDS ARE ESSENTIALLY NEVER GIVEN. All purchases are final and non-refundable. Do not purchase our Services if you are not certain you want them, as you will not receive a refund.

All purchases made through The Betting Insider are for digital products and services that are delivered immediately upon payment confirmation. Because access is granted instantly upon purchase — including immediate access to our Sports Data Suite, real-time betting data, expert projections, game scripts, analytics tools, and premium Discord community access — all sales are final and non-refundable once services are activated and access has been provided.

We do not offer refunds for any of the following reasons:

  • You forgot to cancel during the trial period
  • You were unaware of automatic renewal terms
  • You changed your mind after purchase
  • You did not use the Services
  • You did not like the Services or found them unsatisfactory
  • You did not read or understand the refund policy
  • You made a mistake or accidental purchase
  • You cannot afford the subscription
  • You found the Services elsewhere or no longer need them
  • Any other reason not explicitly listed in the "Exceptional Circumstances" section below

This policy applies to all subscription plans, including monthly and annual subscriptions, as well as any one-time purchases or promotional offers. Due to the digital nature of our Services and the immediate delivery of content, we do not process refunds for completed purchases.

By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to this Refund Policy and our Terms of Service. You understand that refunds are not available and that all purchases are final.

Payment and Billing Policy

All subscription purchases require immediate payment. The following terms and conditions apply:

  • You will be charged immediately upon subscription purchase
  • Access to all features, tools, data, and services begins immediately after successful payment
  • Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless canceled
  • You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings on thebettinginsider.com or by contacting our support team
  • Cancellations prevent future charges but do not result in refunds for the current billing period
Important Notice: We do NOT offer refunds for users who change their mind after purchase, who claim to be unaware of the automatic renewal terms, or who simply did not use the Services. These terms are clearly and prominently disclosed during the subscription enrollment process, in our Terms of Service, and in this Refund Policy. By purchasing a subscription, you authorize us to charge your payment method on file at the time of purchase and for all subsequent automatic renewals until you cancel.

All subscription sales are final. Refunds are essentially never given, except in the extremely rare exceptional circumstances outlined in Section 3 below.

Exceptional Circumstances for Refunds

Refunds are extremely rare and are essentially never given. While all sales are final, we recognize that in extremely rare, exceptional circumstances, a refund may be considered. Refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis, at our sole discretion, under the following extremely limited conditions (which are rarely met):

  • Technical Failure: A customer did not receive access to the purchased service due to a confirmed technical issue, system failure, or error on our end that prevented access for an extended period (typically 48 hours or more) and that we were unable to resolve despite reasonable efforts
  • Billing Errors: A double payment, duplicate subscription charge, or incorrect billing amount occurred due to a confirmed error in our billing system or payment processor
  • Unauthorized Transactions: Charges proven to result from unauthorized use of a payment method, fraud, or a confirmed error by our payment processor (Stripe) that can be verified through our fraud prevention systems
  • Service Non-Delivery: In rare cases where we are unable to deliver the Services as described due to circumstances beyond our control, and we are unable to provide a suitable alternative
Important Refund Request Requirements: To be considered for a refund under these exceptional circumstances, customers must:
  • Submit a detailed refund request through our contact page within 7 calendar days of the original purchase date
  • Provide clear documentation, evidence, or explanation supporting the refund request
  • Allow us reasonable time to investigate and respond to the request
  • Cooperate with our investigation process, including providing any additional information we may request
Requests submitted beyond 7 days of the purchase date will not be eligible for review, except in cases of confirmed fraud or unauthorized transactions.

Refund requests are almost always denied. We reserve the right to deny refund requests that do not meet these extremely limited criteria, lack sufficient documentation, or are determined to be fraudulent or abusive. The vast majority of refund requests are denied. All refund decisions are final and made at our sole discretion.

Common Exclusions: Refund requests based on being unaware of renewal terms, changing your mind after purchase, not using the Services, dissatisfaction with picks or predictions, or similar circumstances will be automatically denied, as these situations do not constitute exceptional circumstances warranting a refund. These are the most common reasons for refund requests, and they are never approved.

Bottom Line: Refunds are essentially never given. If you are not certain you want our Services, do not purchase them. All sales are final. Once you are charged, you will not receive a refund.

Technical Issues and Service Access

In cases where technical issues prevent a customer from accessing purchased Services or content, the following process applies:

  • Initial Contact Required: Customers must first contact our support team at our contact page to report the technical issue and allow us a reasonable opportunity to diagnose and resolve the problem
  • Investigation Period: We will investigate the reported issue and work with the customer to resolve it. This may include troubleshooting steps, account verification, or technical support
  • Resolution Timeline: If the technical issue cannot be resolved within 5 business days of initial contact, and the issue is confirmed to be on our end (not due to user error, device compatibility, or third-party service issues), a partial or full refund may be considered at our sole discretion
  • Documentation: Customers may be asked to provide documentation, screenshots, or other evidence of the technical issue to assist with our investigation

Important Exclusions: The following situations do NOT constitute grounds for a refund, even if they result in limited access to Services:

  • Failure to use provided services (e.g., failure to connect Discord, failure to open daily emails, failure to log in regularly)
  • User error, incorrect account setup, or misunderstanding of how to access Services
  • Device compatibility issues, browser limitations, or local network problems
  • Temporary service interruptions that are resolved within a reasonable timeframe
  • Issues with third-party services (e.g., Discord, payment processors) that are outside our control
  • Personal preferences or dissatisfaction with the content, features, or quality of Services

If access was properly granted and you were able to use the Services at any point after purchase, technical issues that arise later may not qualify for a refund unless they represent a significant, ongoing failure on our part that we are unable to resolve.

Subscription Cancellation Policy

Subscribers can cancel their subscription plans at any time through their account management page at thebettinginsider.com or by contacting our support team. Cancellation is effective immediately upon processing, but access to Services continues until the end of your current billing period.

Cancellation Terms: Cancellations apply to future billing cycles only and do not trigger refunds for the current billing cycle. You will retain access to all Services until the end of the current billing period for which you have already paid. Future automatic renewals will be prevented once cancellation is processed.

No Refunds for Cancellations - EVER: Canceling your subscription does not entitle you to a refund for any portion of the current billing period, regardless of when during that period you cancel. You will never receive a refund for canceling your subscription. You will continue to have access to all Services until the end of the billing cycle for which you have already paid, but you will not receive any money back.

It is the subscriber's sole responsibility to manage and cancel subscriptions in advance of renewal dates. We strongly recommend setting personal reminders, calendar alerts, or other notifications if you wish to cancel before the next billing cycle begins.

Once a subscription is canceled, you will lose access to all premium Services at the end of your current billing period. To regain access, you will need to subscribe again at the then-current pricing.

Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

Direct Resolution Required: Filing a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank, credit card provider, or payment processor without first contacting our support team to attempt resolution may result in immediate account suspension, termination of your subscription, and permanent denial of any refund eligibility.

We strongly encourage customers to work directly with our support team through our contact page to resolve any billing concerns, disputes, or questions before initiating formal chargeback proceedings. In most cases, we can resolve issues quickly and amicably through direct communication.

Chargeback Consequences: If you file a chargeback or dispute without first contacting us:

  • Your account will be immediately suspended or terminated
  • You will lose access to all Services immediately
  • You will be permanently ineligible for any refunds, including for future purchases
  • We may pursue collection of any disputed amounts through legal means
  • Your information may be shared with fraud prevention services

We take chargebacks seriously as they can indicate fraud or abuse. However, we are committed to resolving legitimate concerns through direct communication and will work with you to address any valid issues before you need to consider formal dispute procedures.

Refund Processing

If a refund is approved under the exceptional circumstances outlined in this policy, the following terms apply:

  • Processing Time: Approved refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days of approval
  • Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase
  • Partial Refunds: In some cases, we may issue partial refunds based on the specific circumstances and the portion of Services that were or were not accessible
  • Account Status: Upon refund approval, your account and subscription will be canceled, and you will lose access to all Services immediately
  • Future Eligibility: Receiving a refund does not prevent you from subscribing again in the future, but repeated refund requests may result in restrictions

We are not responsible for delays in refund processing caused by your bank, credit card company, or payment processor. Please contact your financial institution if you have questions about when a refund will appear in your account.

Modification of this Policy

We reserve the right to amend, update, or modify this Refund Policy at any time, in our sole discretion, to reflect changes in our business practices, legal requirements, or for any other reason. When we make material changes to this policy, we will:

  • Update the "Effective Date" at the top of this page
  • Provide notice of material changes via email to the address associated with your account, or through a prominent notice on our Services
  • Post the updated Refund Policy on this page with a clear indication of what has changed

Your continued use of our Services after the effective date of any modifications constitutes your acceptance of the revised Refund Policy. If you do not agree to the modified policy, you must discontinue use of our Services and cancel your subscription.

The Refund Policy in effect at the time of your purchase will govern that specific purchase, but future purchases will be subject to the then-current Refund Policy.
